"Refund took way too long"
I ordered from Orthocanada and ended up returning the item because it just wasn’t what I needed. The return itself was straightforward, so I figured the refund would be too, but it dragged on way longer than expected. I had to follow up more than once before anything really moved.
Support did reply eventually with things like “we’re looking into it” and “the refund should be processed soon,” but it felt like nothing was happening unless I nudged them. I did get my money back in the end, so there’s that, but it was more hassle than it should’ve been. 2 stars.

I placed a bulk order with orthocanada.com for our clinic, and overall, most of the items arrived in good shape and were what we needed.
The main downside was that the handling took longer than I expected. I ended up having to follow up to get a clearer update, which wasn’t a huge deal, but it was a bit frustrating when it was a larger order and we were trying to plan around it.
The packing was decent and the prices felt fair, so I’d probably order from them again. I’d just make sure to leave myself extra time next time, because the experience left me feeling like it was fine, but not quite as smooth as I’d hoped

"Problem was never really sorted out"
I had an issue with my order, and the back and forth got tiring. They did reply, but a real fix, there wasn’t one. I felt like I kept having to explain the same thing over and over, which was frustrating. Not really happy with how it all got handled...

"Got the wrong items in my order"
I ordered two braces, but one came in the wrong size, and the other item wasn’t even the one I picked on the site. The weird part is the packing slip showed the correct order, so I’m not really sure where things went off. Maybe I should’ve double-checked everything sooner, but I assumed it would match what I ordered.
Customer service took longer than I expected to get back to me, and I ended up having to explain the issue twice. I know mistakes happen, and I was probably extra annoyed because I needed the braces for treatment, but it was still frustrating

I had a decent experience browsing Orthocanada. They do have a solid range of rehab and clinic supplies, and I was able to find a few things I needed without too much trouble. The categories were straightforward, which I appreciated because I don’t like guessing when I’m buying equipment for practical use.
That said, a few items I was hoping to compare either weren’t available or only had one option, which made me a bit hesitant to order right away. When it comes to clinic or rehab products, I prefer having a couple of choices so I can feel more confident I’m picking the right one. Overall, it’s not a bad site, but I’d feel better if the selection was a little broader.

I’ve ordered from orthocanada before and I still want to keep using them because I generally trust the products, but this time the quote and invoice process was frustrating. I had to wait longer than I expected, and a few details weren’t clear, so I ended up having to follow up just to get things sorted out. To be fair, the staff did get back to me eventually, but it felt like a lot more effort than it should have been. I’m still a fan of what they carry, but the paperwork side really needs to be smoother.

"Good communication overall"
They explained things clearly and answered my questions without any issues. There was one time it took a little longer to hear back, but overall it was easy to follow what was going on. I was happy with it.

"Harder to set up than others I’ve used"
I had a frustrating time getting this set up. Compared to other products I’ve bought, the setup help just wasn’t very useful and left me figuring most of it out on my own.

I’m not totally sure I trust them yet. Something about the whole experience just feels a little shaky to me (maybe I’m being cautious), so I’m still waiting to see if they prove themselves over time.

It’s okay and it does what it’s supposed to do but I was expecting a little more for the price and by the time I actually used it I just kept thinking it wasn’t really worth what I paid.

I have mixed feelings about this one. The actual product seems fine, but the box arrived completely crushed and the packaging was terrible. I’m glad nothing was broken, but it definitely didn’t make a great first impression.

"Prices felt a bit unfair as a regular buyer"
I was planning to order a few things, but the prices felt high compared to other places. Some items seemed to have a big markup, and I couldn’t really see why. Shipping costs didn’t make it any better either. The products might be totally fine, but from a pricing standpoint, it just didn’t feel very fair to me.

I tried ordering a few things, but omg the site was so slow and annoying to use. The search results were all over the place, some pages wouldn’t load properly, and checkout was confusing af. I ended up just giving up. Not a great experience at all lol.

I ended up waiting around longer than expected, and it felt like the staff didn’t really have my order figured out. Not the biggest deal, but it definitely made the pickup more annoying than it needed to be.

"Tracking sat for days with no real updates"
I ordered from orthocanada.com and, for my standards, the shipping experience was frustrating. The tracking just stayed on “label created” for days, with no meaningful update or sense of where my package actually was.
I kept checking on it myself, hoping something would change, but it was always the same vague information. It felt like the order wasn’t really being monitored once it was placed.
The product itself might be perfectly fine, but the tracking and shipping communication left a lot to be desired. As a first-time experience, it didn’t make the best impression.

"Nice communication about my backorder"
I appreciated that they let me know quickly that my item was on backorder. To me, that kind of update makes a big difference because I’d rather know what’s going on than be left wondering.

"Checkout was such a hassle"
